Not the best litrpg I’ve heard so far however it is by far the funniest book I’ve heard and the best narration hands down. Super excited to dive into book 2.

I love the story, but Temu Patrick War Burton was a terrible choice for narrator. His vocal style seems so forced and unnatural. I’d honestly rather a robot voice than this guy. I’m swapping to the print editions going forward.

After DCC this did feel a little short, but it was great and chock full of the kind of thoughtful and touching g social commentary I’ve come to appreciate in his work. Voice acting was excellent as always
