There is so much to enthuse about in this seventh volume – complex schemes, madcap choices, personal crisis, galaxy-spanning debacles. I literally finished my first read-through then began it again.
Nerdy, funny, and a very easy listen. Not too short, not too long. Fun for everyone
i dont usually listen to audibooks but i was told to try this book in this way a was not dissapointed Its honestly incredible

Narrator is amazing at doing the voices, makes this book so fun and entertaining in such a harsh, sad, and diabolical setting. Love Donut, and her character is so fun, always irritating Carl, but he still loves her. It’s just such a interesting concept with great people and quests/side stories
MC is, frankly, incompetent, getting by mostly by blind luck. Antagonist is pathetic and cliche…

This book just was like a hurricane, that tosses a reader around willy-nilly, and just when it appears calm..Hah, only the eye of the storm so buckle up!! Entire series has been action-packed, intriguing emotional bomb (narration rocked), but this entry just took it to another level 🤯 Wonder wall..
4.5 stars rounded up. What a bizarre, creative, funny first book in a series! I cannot wait to start the next book. In fact, I immediately bought the remaining 6 books in the series. I don’t even know with Content Warnings… Suffice to say: it’s dystopian, and some very dark stuff happens (past and present)…

going in I was expecting kind of a typical teenage superhero romp… this definitely went its own way and was a fun and interesting read, with great narration
