It’s a fun story, not a serious piece of literature. The only real negative is there’s a slight reverb on Jeff’s audio. It can be distracting at times, be barely noticeable at others, but can also add to the atmosphere in the right parts. Easiest workaround is to turn the volume down a little.
A wonderful storyline that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The characters in the story are so well done and the narrative is amazing.
I was not sure if I would like this series as I am a horror apocalypse reader/listener. I need a break and was looking for somthing different. This series hit the spot. Interesting, funny and intelligent. But what made these books a must listen is the narrator, approach and style! I have enjoyed every minute..

Solid performance with the exception of a few editing issues. It’s unfortunate that I probably won’t get to finish this series with it leaving audible. I already have too many apps/subscriptions to get another for one or two series.
Don’t get me wrong it is a great ending and sets up for later. I really thought they were going to catch a break. I can’t wait for the next book.
