Great book with lots of pop culture reference. If you love board games or video game you will love this book.
What a pleasant surprise! I have never read a book that is even remotely similar, and for that I love it. Original, fun, gory and downright hilarious. Some of it is so stupid you can’t help but say “dad joke” but it’s amazing because DCC embraces the fun factor and runs headfirst into the wall..
seriously. I have liked some litrpg but this is a whole new obsession. such a great world (dungeon) you have built MD! 5 stars!
I would’ve given this 3 stars if it weren’t for the twist that happens and the ending. I hated this level of the dungeon. It was confusing as hell.
The story keeps getting deeper and deeper with moments of feeling like even with such a horrible path ahead they have major victories. Can’t wait to see what is left.
That cliffhanger ending was fantastic. The way this author writes about so many different unique situations is outstanding. I love all the hidden Easter eggs and jokes. This book was intense with a lot happening and a few times I was nervous for some of the characters. I cannot wait to see what happens in..
I’m so very hooked. I’m on book three and can’t stop listening. These are so good! Definitely much needed laughter with all the doom and gloom in the current real world.
As a gamer I related to this book and loved the boss battles. The bugs made me think of the ones from Skyrim.
