It not a bad series at all. The Reader’s Aussie Ant accent really makes this. The author borrowed less from the Isekai “So I’m a Spider, So What?” in this book than in the previous ones. I suspect he’ll continue because he’s already foreshadowing a couple major plot points from the anime. I won’t spoil..

I had high expectations going into this book and yet it still exceeding them. Everything was expertly executed. The pacing is perfect and the story captivated me from start to finish. The humor helps lighten the darker themes. And the characters are so well done!

Tasty is good and tasty is tasty. Other reviews say that it has erotica scenes. They must have never read any romance or romance thrillers book series. Those books have sex scenes that are super detailed. Volume 1 barely has a blip of sex in the text. If you want a tongue in cheek story..
To say I devoured this series is an understatement. I started book one three weeks ago. I’m not one to normally enjoy this genre but I was hooked from the first chapter. I giggles and cackled my way through dungeon chaos and gore. It’s glorious.
