I’m really only writing this review for Jeff. I am BLOWN AWAY by his ability to morph his voice. especially the female characters… I’m still not 100% certain it was his voice the whole time!!

the humor got a little old for me at first, not gonna lie it did grow on me, but at first this was hard to get into.

Ultimately, this book was not for me. The opening is rough, and the novel felt under-edited, particularly in its narrative voice. There was way too much going on to follow. I’ve reached my max with Donut. The plot armor, the love triangles, the many kids… I can’t it was an overload. I’m exhausted. If you plan to read this, pace yourself.

I’m trying my best to avoid spoilers. The group is forced to self-govern under pressure. For me, this makes the book more emotionally and morally engaging. May chaos reign supreme! But all the nabbits be dagged, Jeff managed to find the kHz frequency of a CRT Television that had me questioning my life choices by following Zaphod as the goddess of quirks long may he reign!

I just finished book 7. Absolutely loved it. The narrator does a fantastic job. Just wish there wasn’t as much cussing. Because, for some people, that is a turn off.
