This book was everything people say, although the cat does get very annoying. I do wish she had never had to come into this story. I was enjoying it so much more than when she became a part of it, although she does die down a bit towards the end of book one, I’m hoping..

This book is a wild ride from start to finish. Carl and his diva cat, Princess Donut, make an unforgettable duo as they battle their way through a hilarious, brutal, and brilliantly designed dungeon. This isn’t the type of book I would typically go for but I tried it on a friend’s recommendation and found myself laughing out loud at various parts while listening. The narrator does a great job with the voices and helping things make sense.
Honestly the whole series is so well made. I haven’t liked characters like this in a long time. The stories pull you in and then you realize it’s been 3 hrs. Not one thing is lacking story or audio wise.
Since I had no expectations or knowledge of this book or story, I was really surprised at how interesting and well done the whole production was.The narration is absolutely amazing, entertaining and just fun.There’s no profanity, which in and of itself is neither here nor there, but it does not distract, it enhances the experience.However..
