This was an amazing new title that my friend recommended. I didnt know what I was getting into but it is an amazing book with a tone of fun pop culture references along with great gaming action that doesnt let itself get bogged down. If you want something that is fast paced but also complex..
My only complaint is that it’s too short and the next one isn’t out yet. Excellent voice acting, as always from this group. Very fun story, not as much a mystery this time, but still very fun to watch everything play out.

Honestly an amazing book and can’t wait for the rest of the series. I listen to audiobooks at work and this one had me hooked!!!!! 10,000,000/10
Overall it was ok. Don’t get me wrong, the performance was peak and I loved it. But the story just wasn’t all that exciting. There was to little adventure, and the MC acts like any other typical young woman, so in short she didn’t capture my interest. This book is a masterpiece, but it’s lacks..

This series has become my favorite time travel series. I’ve been reading the Dresden Files now for two decades, but by the time Shami gets to book 20 at about the same time Butcher gets to book 20, I think this will be my favorite series. The author writes the days of these books exactly..

was decent. I enjoyed the audio narration, but found some of the story a little lacking. I guess I like the skill or RPG aspect of HWFWM and Primal Hunter more enjoyable.
