I loved these books. When I was introduced a few weeks ago, I haven’t been able to put them down and am on book 6 now. coupled with my fight back to reality/sanity, it was perfect for the things I have been going through and perfect for what’s going on in the world

I really pushed hard to like this. And Soundboard Theater delivered 10/10 on the performance. But the story was so… boringly cliche. How many isekais out there feature a down on there luck protagonist who defeats an evil noble and rescues a beautiful elf slave girl…? (Who by the way blushes demurely when said protagonist..
This one started off interesting enough with the usual exploration and jokes. But the later half of the book was just quite dragged on. The events happening were just repetitive and not interesting enough. It just felt like the author was dragging us through each step of the conflicts while there wasn’t much actually happening…
