Honestly, the whole premise is preposterous, but once you get over that, it’s amazing to watch this author develop a huge and complex and riveting storyline, which is also completely insane, horrifically, graphically violent, laugh out loud funny, and literally moved me to tears. Great writing, sir. I’m hooked.

I can’t stop listening. I can’t stop reading. Just…one more page maybe. Or a chapter. Wait, hold up, is that…the end of the book? See you on the fourth floor, crawlers.

Loved every second. First book I ever exclusively listened to. Just couldn’t imagine reading it as well as Jeff Hayes’ performance!

My life for the colony! Why does it itch!? CHOMP CHOMP! Heeee heee heee. A great fun story, can’t get enough.

Fun and engaging. Characterizations were interesting and pacing was enjoyable. looking forward to the next one.

The story has a good concept and so far an interesting world but the main character is terrible with the moral concept of a child and from the reviews of the next book it doesn’t improve so I’m dropping this series

I have enjoyed all the books in this series. They are as funny as they are engaging.

the descriptions will not only spark your imagination it will also set it on fire, melt it into slag and repurpose it into a bladed instrument meant to kill a god, or anything for that matter. There’s so many things in this series to kill. D-Raz

I absolutely love the narrator; he had Patrick Warburton vibes. The story is hilarious and incredible, and the whole time I found myself wishing that this was an open world RPG, maybe first person? wink wink hint hint, Bethesda!
