Part 2 ofan incredible story probably my favorite book series ever written. Thank you Matt and Jeff for bringing it to life

Ever play Pokemon? It was originally called Pocket Monsters for a reason. This book, in addition to continuing the story of Carl and Donut, explores what it might be like if card battle games were played in the real world. A bloody, thrilling great time.

Such a fun world that Matt built! looking forward to listening to the rest of the series 👌

The pacing, voice acting, and character design are just amazing. I got the three book bundle and haven’t put it down. a great listen.

The character development is great. I love his writing style and the way so much entertainment is in every page

I really enjoyed the narration it really makes you get to know the characters and know who’s talking right away
