The humor took a little while but it came through in the end. I’ve enjoyed every book in this series and this one is another homerun like the rest.

Loved this! It was nice to listen to a litRPG with plenty of comic relief. I love how Donut shouts at Carl in all caps whenever they are using the party chat. Can’t wait to listen to the next book.
This is a minor detail, but I really lost immersion in the story when they were concerned about his mental and psychological health and yet decided to encourage him to go out drinking. Other than that, this was very much in line with what I expected from the series, with a satisfying but somewhat predictable..
