So this was ok it was a bit of a shift from what it was before. The limpet log was an interesting way to keep her in the story but focus on other characters. Only thing that’s a little bit draining is the almost over done puns other than that soild.

There were a few funny jokes. But mostly it was just very boring. The protagonist is not interesting. I just couldn’t keep listening. Maybe after the first few hours it gets better somehow, but I just can’t keep listening.

There doesn’t need to be an exaggerated and drawn out review. This book (and series) is incredible. Fun, funny, well paced and beyond competent in every “literary” technique. Narration is remarkably great. I could not consume it fast enough!

Excellent story, adventure and characters. I love the interactions between Carl and Princess Donut. There are some laugh out loud moments, at least for me the humor hits. Highly recommended. Excellent narration!
