So well written. Hilarious, heartbreaking, heartwarming. Nonstop action. Jeff Hays is a superb narrator. I recommend this series to everyone I know and every book has made me feel better and better about that recommendation

I heard that this was a “don’t miss” audio on booktok and it isn’t one that I would typically choose. But I have to say I am enjoying it very much and I’m looking forward to the next book.

I cannot stop listening to this series. whenever I have downtime I pop in a earbud. this book took me 2 days and on to the next!

This book is actually really good. I normally don’t care for the type of premise where the main character is reincarnated/ sent to a different world /etc, but this was done cleverly and gives the story quite a lot of potential to be expounded on. My only criticism is that there are two more books..

Wonderful world-building, catchy characters, engaging subplots, hilarious jokes. My D&D and Borderlands fix has been fulfilled

You cry with hope and mourning. This isn’t my usual genre but this is now my favorite book series. I’ve tried other books in the genre and it’s just this series for me that’s how well written and preformed it is. I really loved the character building in this book. There was much more story in this one. We got some answers to questions that had been looming since the beginning. The voice acting was as impeccable as usual!

Matt doesn’t miss. Things get more serious but that’s to be expected. Enjoyable as always, and I cannot wait for the next one.
