A lot of action that’s never very far from a laugh. A lot of twists and turns and definitely a deeper dive into the complexity of the Dungeon.

the voice acting makes the story that much better. The achievements and trope style story telling makes me feel like I’m watching someone play an rpg.

I really enjoyed the story, humor and nods to various role playing games and video games I have played. Although I enjoyed the use of character statistics and an interface for the characters to access their stats, non-gamers would find that element confusing.

Story had me rolling and laughing out loud in public spaces while listening with headphones, looking like a crazy person, and it was awesome bc I love cats. Great story looking forward to the next one!

my only complaint is that there is only one sequal available as an audio book right now, but the existence of 2 more physical sequals is promising at least.
I was hoping that the third book would you know be upswing first book was okay maybe a little bit better than that second book more or less the same third book kind of felt like the author was stretching it out and I really didn’t much care for how the author was handling Alex..
