These books are fantastic! The narrator is second to none. I love these books so much, I’ve named pets after characters and an working on getting my very first tattoo. It will be Princess Donut.

Love the diversity of Mr. Heys acting, but dislike how the volume will drop to whisper that I would need to replay parts several times throughout the story.

I like the indicator of when the chat is being used. Makes it easier to follow, and wasn’t in the previous book. Mr. Heys acting when Carl had the worms physically move his mouth was top tier, it gave me chills.

interesting start and idea but quickly got bored by repetitive descriptions of fights with monsters after a few hours. Not for me. Great voice performance just poor story.
