It isn’t my favorite of the series, but what a ride. Can’t wait for the next one. For such a random genre, this is full of character development, insight, empathy, and humor. Great series! Great performance! Great.

My imagination could have never done this book the service this narrator did. Perfect no notes. Thought the fight scenes would get old but the story progression is well paced and you feel like you’re getting enough info to keep up without being spoon fed. No DND experience required.

I prefer more serious content, but I took a chance on this series. No regrets. It’s not just silly and funny. it’s also quite serious and deep. looking forward to how this plays out.

Great story and narration but has a weird echo when the characters are speaking. Once you hear it, you never stop noticing it.

This is seriously the very best LitRPG series out there. I love the Audible version. Jeff Hayes is a phenomenal reader.

Good narrators, excellent voice acting. Very clever twist on “a human finds himself trapped in a video game”, with enough sardonic and/or sadistic college-level humor to keep Hitchhiker fans happy. The narrator for Carl gives the character a sense of WTF and regret at being forced to play the game and cope with the bureaucracy..
