I love these audiobooks so much. It’s rare I find something that makes me literally laugh out loud. Thank you Matt & Jeff!
It plays so well in your head, so funny, kept me engaged the whole time couldn’t miss a detail I love the language n characters just really everything about it listened to it all thru my work day just want more to know about the movie that is this book can’t wait for the show..
This was another great chapter in the adventures of Donut, Carl, and the gang. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for our heros next!
You can’t go wrong with Dungeon Crawler Carl books. They’re funny, and entertaining, while also having the thread of humanity.
I can’t wait for the next book in the series. I devoured this way too quickly! The voice for the golem and main narrator do such work! brings this world to life. I had never dipped my toes into LitRPG and didn’t even know it existed as a genre. This does it so well you..
The story is very entertaining, and the theatrical storytelling is exceptional. This is my favorite book in the series yet.
I listen to quite a few of these style books/readings, and this one is an interesting and unique take on the trope that I found enjoyable. Good character development, interesting ideas that make the scenes unique and a new viewpoint (dungeon) that really changes the mechanics of the story. Great reading by Soundbooth as usual.
I love love love this series, the characters, the narration, and the larger story, but this one was very confusing trying to keep track of all the trains, stations, and portals. It got to the point where I tuned out every time one of those topics started. Other than that, I adore Donut and Carl..
Great performance. Interesting concept that somehow works with great success. Very engaging and hilarious. Worth a listen.
