I am a huge fan of the story and characters, but the SA of a mainstay really weighs down the story imo. It felt very unnecessary, I feel like we could have developed this character without them going through such a horrible experience.

Honestly I didn’t want to read/listen to this book because I didn’t know if I was going to like it. That was (as of this writing) 5 books and countless hours ago both reading and listening to it and its sequels. Buckle up, you’re in for a wild ride.
Love the story, love the voice acting, the early rerecorded voice lines with Jeff using what I’m guessing is a cheap microphone was annoying to listen to because of the lower quality audio quality but the lines made in the sound booth I’m guessing we’re great and helped to let you dive into the story…

Excellent story writing, suspense, character development, and humor. I’ve listened to 3 books and will read the 4th, happy to have listened to Jeff Hays so I’ll have their voices in my head!!
