I wouldn’t call this a page turner. It’s especially hard to enjoy coming off of a weeks long jaunt with Dungeon Crawler Carl. The story was unique, but lacked excitement. The novel concludes to no fanfare. It’s just another story, but not interesting enough, in my opinion, to continue on to book 2.

I’ve been so absorbed in this series. Finished this audio book in 2 days. The audio recordings seem to be getting better every book.

Stellar voice performance and sound design and a helluva fun story to boot! Will absolutely be picking up the rest of the series.
