I liked Carl and Donut so much, that I hoped into the second book the same day I finished the first book.
Incredibly satisfying!

I liked Carl and Donut so much, that I hoped into the second book the same day I finished the first book.
This book had me excited, sad, nervous, etc. The writing and the setting was very well done and the narration with the different voices was executed perfectly.
really good read. Blew through this in two days. Captures the overall dystopian nightmare dread that every comment section on Facebook and Instagram feeds me in this post-covid hellscape the internet has become. The casual violence and lack of empathy that Sealions seem to have as they post “arguments” and inevitably drain me of mental..
I love how much information we get on the previous cook book authors and the interactions with Carl!
I found it a realy great book. I would highly recommend others to ready it. The last part of the book blindsided me. I wasn’t expecting the plot to drop a bomb on me that way. It’s probably why I love his books so much. They are not predictable and allway keep me intrigued.
the author kept up with his style from dungeon crawler carl that is both so believable and terrifying. the teams in this book are not ground breaking but very interesting none the less. the twist at the end had me going for a few days. well done can’t wait to see more
Fast paced fun listen. The narration is fantastic! If you loved Dungeon Crawler Carl you’ll love this one too. If you haven’t listened to Dungeon Crawler Carl go do it now, god dammit!!
a great story with thrilling characters. I love the character that is Donut. Carl’s plans always backfires and the falloutnis always is always funny.
