One of the most clever and hysterical books (series) I’ve ever read. It’s rare to laugh out loud at an audiobook. You absolutely will with these books. Narration is phenomenal as well.

Fun LitRPG book that had me from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to any and all who like this genre

Loved it! Gave a great Cint Eastwood vibs! Looking forward to the next book and hopefully all the narrators stay the same because I love their works too so that’s another plus for me!

Great light reading! Laughed often! The cat is the best addition. Was happy to go start book 2!

I enjoyed the main characters, as well the new setting. I did however feel like there was a bit too much side story, and not enough of the actual dungeon crawling.

This was an enjoyable entry into the DCC series but I fear Matt is spending more time trying to surprise readers than resolve plot lines in a satisfying fashion.
