Written by someone who thinks the main character is some cool tough chad. MC is not a likeable person, and all of the characters came off very shallow and wooden. Whole thing gave me some serious incel vibes with the way that all of the women in the book were written. Not my cup of..
The story is a little generic bro-esque at times (f bombs everywhere), but I can look past that to enjoy a wacky and thrilling story. Full of colorful characters, monsters, and magic, this is a story I look forward to continuing.

Not for everyone, but definitely for me. If you like the slightly absurd, if you like fantasy, if you like video games/dungeons and dragons/magic, if you are ok with things getting a bit gruesome, then you will probably like this.
