Monsters killing monsters with no progress in world building and minimal character building. The first 3 books set a fast fun pace where it was hard to put the book down(so to speak) this one I struggled to finish, I had even pre-ordered it and now I feel no urgency to continue with the series

How can a book so far to a series become my favorite?!? I hold this series near and dear to my heart. This book was especially thought provoking deep and emotional not to mention hilarious. Please do yourself a favor and keep on listening to all these masterpieces.
