3.5 stars with a bullet. A weird-west, cultivation, gunslinger progression fantasy isn’t a thing I had thought about reading. But it turned out to be pretty entertaining. The book has its problems: the writing, especially internal dialogue, is rather clunky. The first-person narrative is a bit distracting. and the audiobook narration has issues that occasionally..

It didn’t disappoint. The characters were enjoyable developed well. I look forward to my son who is 11 listening to this we’ve enjoyed several series so far he’s going through primal Hunter and he who ate he fights monsters and this is a nice break from that style of writing and hero development.

I tried to take a break from this series to stretch how long they’ll last, but I just can’t stop listening to DCC!

You just gotta listen! Can’t really explain it more other than you will not be disappointed!

I’ll be listening to more of this the until I’m caught up worth every second.

This was literally the BEST audiobook I’ve ever listened to. It was truly a masterpiece
