This is so affected and cutesy that I couldn’t stand it. The beginning felt like a complete waste of my time, and I guessed it would continue in a similar vein.

This is so affected and cutesy that I couldn’t stand it. The beginning felt like a complete waste of my time, and I guessed it would continue in a similar vein.
Loved the narration. The story was fun. It was a little predictable, but I needed something uplifting. I liked the character growth.
This book kept me riveted. I felt like Sybil Van Antwerp was my best friend and she was confiding her life to me.
Beautiful story that reveals more in each correspondence. The letters are lovely, characters come alive with the brilliant writing.
Five stars all the way around… The narration is off the charts! I love the premise of this book… I just loved everything, I only want to say I’m tired of contemporary authors, throwing in their disdain for President Trump.Of the last 10 books I’ve read or listened to, every single one of them has..
This was very different in format as the story is all letters. It was interesting to see how she related to each of her correspondents in writing rather than actual experiences. First review ever – it’s THAT good! Beautifully written. I love how the story unfolds one letter at a time. The characters are so complex, even though we only get to hear their voice through their correspondence and their stories. Also, from an audiobook perspective, the characters are so well cast! Their voices are perfect,..
I’ve put off listening to this story for a long time because I wasn’t sold on the description but wow! This story was incredible. I finished it in one day. I was a beautiful love story that hooked me instantly and the audio experience was top tier! Seat mates by Cara Barstone was my favorite..
