I really loved how the story was told thru written letters. The actors brought it alive. Interesting all the way thru.
Different but great

I’m glad I took the time to listen to this book. This is such an adorable story. The characters are easy to connect to & make you really want to root for them. The actors did a fantastic job! I’ve really been enjoying this author’s audio books!
I laughed, I cried, I was moved. This book has it all. The narrators were wonderful. It has made me want to write letters – something that I think many people have started doing, who have read this book.
What an exquisite work. Engaging, intriguing and powerful in highlighting the value of relationship and expressing vulnerability. This creative offering shines a light on how to be our best selves, warts and all.
I’ve been wanting to read this book for sometime now. all my friends have been passing it around and sort of described it. “A woman writes letters.” That’s a poor description. It’s so much more. I’m so glad. I never got my hand on the hard copy book before I just decided to download this..
I absolutely loved this audiobook. I had no idea what it was about going in and just fell in love. Truly a beautiful book.
I have no idea how this book comes recommended by anyone. There is no plot. The letters are mundane and boring. The entire “story” is an old woman who seems like a pretentious person writing correspondence that has no point and in the real world, would be forgotten almost immediately. The book doesn’t even start..
Finished in two days. Couldn’t put it down. It’s incredible. There is no complex storyline just absolutely beautiful writing and well developed characters.
Cool premise, but disappointing follow through. MC acts unbelievably naive. I won’t be continuing this series.
