I had a tough time getting into the story. However, once I listened to couple of chapters I really began to enjoy the wonderful letters, as well as the terrific narration. Will certainly recommend book to others.

I really enjoyed this Audiobook! Great narration and such a moving story of life’s tragedies, how we live with them, and the people affected by family traumas. Such entertaining characters, I found myself laughing out loud and tearing up at times.

Fun way to learn characters!! Great story of a deeply smart lady, and through her letters realizes her loves and losses.

This was a conversation, not just a narration. Took me a minute to get on board, but I was invested. A fun story with a HEA

I wasn’t sure I’d like this book. The writing style is unusual and at first felt like it might be cumbersome with the different people talking. However, this Audible was extremely well done, with many different voices, making it easy to follow the characters. Beautiful and compelling story.

This is not an edge of your seat kind of listen. It moves slowly BUT I disliked and then fell in love with Sybil! I felt like i wanted her to write to me!! I’ve never been a letter writer but this book has made me wish I was!!

I was so excited to listen to this but it was just a waste of time and Sybil was super annoying.
