I mean, wow. What a lovely book full of emotion, complication, and depth. No notes. 10/10. I only wish my mother were still alive to enjoy this one. I know she would have.

I enjoyed Sybil’s ordered routine, honesty and directness. I was moved to tears with her final letters and how she experienced a new fullness of life when we tend to think what can be left.
