This came highly recommended by two people so I was looking forward to it. I listened to it rather than reading it. The reading performance was okay. Not my fav. The story was nice but I found it a bit boring. It was disappointing overall.

This was an awesome story. The only part that bothered me was the politics side thrown in. Don’t care what side you are on. Just don’t need to hear it.

Enjoyed this book very much! Very emotional and heartfelt! The narrative was so beautiful I could actually visualize Scotland.

My new favorite book…so very well narrated….so excellent in it’s continual progression. Wonderful development of chsracters…divine book for many who can associate emotionally with the lead character….

You wouldn’t think a book in this format would work without feeling unnatural or stilted in terms of plot, but it does. Excellent story. I cried a few times listening.

Very interesting, suspenseful, and totally changes your mind about the main character as you learn about her life. Starts out a little slow, but definitely stick with it. Very touching novel.

I very much enjoyed The Correspondent – give it a listen. You will not be disappointed.
