Loved this way of telling someone’s story! I was thoroughly entertained and hated for it to end.

Enjoyable cast performance. Would have moved along better if full addresses did not have to be read with every correspondence, but is part of the story so nothing to be done about that.

Best main narrator I have ever listened to. A true gem of a listen! I highly recommend it and plan to look for more books narrated by her

I liked her son gave her the gift of finding out her family connections. I loved that she wrote to her sister in Europe and she was introduced to her siblings and other family members.

Fun, sometimes a bit repetitive but still enjoyable book. Did not see the main plot twist coming, even though some parts after that were very predictable. What made the book was the epilogue tho, especially in the audiobook version.

Loved it, and so happy I continued after a slow beginning but every word had meaning.

Great story about how the simple act of letter writing can create connection and friendship.
