Interesting storytelling format but I really enjoyed it and the narration was incredibly done. Would recommend this title.

Interesting storytelling format but I really enjoyed it and the narration was incredibly done. Would recommend this title.
I can’t think of anything I really didn’t care for. I look forward to hearing responses from the people she was corresponding with. Everything kind of worked out and some of the things I figured out in the end. Making amends and atoning with ones miscalculations or sins as you may call them. Coming clean..
I recommend this story wholeheartedly. I truly wasn’t ready for it to end. The narration was well cast and I am surprised by how quickly I finished it, It feels like you really are corresponding with a friend. Relatable. Honest
Much betters than I expected. Who would think that a book about written correspondence would hold so much weight. Life! Ahhhh. What a fantastically terrible and wondrous thing.
Was thinking the book was alright but not great. Then it had to get political. I stopped listening with around 4.5 hours to go and could care less how it ended.
I will first say the performance is wonderful. I have enjoyed epistolary literature before, but this one was very uneventful and drawn out. I kept thinking it has to get better. I found myself bored. I did not care much for the main character, Sybil. She was self-centered and completely unaware that she operates in..
How wonderful to cry at the end of a book because you will miss the characters you’ve come to know as friends
I didn’t plan to go on a time-travel-novel bender, but recently I seem to have consecutively chosen several such novels from my various libraries without meaning to. Maybe This Time compares well. It’s a high-quality and entertaining time-travel story performed through Audible by talented actors Zoe Chao and Noah Reid, both of whose voices grew..
The whole book is told through various letters to tell the story. A bit tedious at times, but a good story and performances were quite good.
