This was a gorgeous story about a complicated and wonderful woman who was able to make some huge growth steps at the end of her life. The characters are all wonderful in this. I enjoyed reading the simple letters of Sybil and all of her correspondents. Uniquely written in a way you can get to know the characters. They all seem familiar. The story lines all intertwined and heartfelt, they become your own friends where you begin to wonder how they are yourself.
