I will be mulling over this one for some time to come. The sincerity of the Life’s pains and simple joys as the author has laid them out in this work are so clear, sharp, and sparkling. Really good stuff.

The telling of Sybil’s life through letters was spellbinding, particularly listening to all the characters in this audiobook. I highly recommend this listen, it is memorable!

This book. I connected with this book on so many levels. The form of storytelling and the variety of characters wove a rich picture of the lead character’s life.

A story of transformation that is well worth the listen/ read. Sybil is an interesting character with a satisfying arc. The production, which uses different narrators for different characters, works well. I had no trouble keeping up with the cast.

The voices were perfect and told the story well. The characters were very well perceived.

This is an excellent story and the narration is very very good! I didn’t want it to end.

I liked the letter writing format that became the story. Heartwarming and heartbreaking! Sad that Sybil never that anyone wanted her.

So boring it’s unbelievable that it is rated so well. Do people just not want an actual story anymore?
