Terrific book!! Nothing connects 2 people better than a handwritten letter. The Correspondent delivered on that.. page after page until I felt like I knew these people. I’m going to miss hearing from them.

Listening to Sybil as she wrote her letters, and the responses of her recipients, was as if I had discovered a battered shoe box filled with a recently departed dear aunt’s correspondence. I didn’t want this audio book to end.

From the story to the narration this is the best audiobook I have listened to. I felt as if I knew Sybil and could feelher emotion in every word as well as the other characters. Being close to her age when the story started it brought back memories of exchanges of correspondence in my own..
