A book full of monologues. I don’t know that the story would have the same effect if written differently and I’m still glad I read this. It just that it was taxing in an odd way to not have conversations to relate to. Interesting, none the less.

As you follow along with Sybil throughout her lifetime through letters to her and from her it is heart breaking and heartwarming. So very well done. The narrations are what truly makes it shine. I highly recommend
