I did not think I would like this story. It started really slow because you didn’t know all the characters that were being written to or riding back. Very quickly, though you learned that these letters were a chronicle of a life well lived by an amazing woman. I wish it was a true story..

I loved the way Sybil’s life unfolds through her letters and the true art of storytelling through writing letters over time… The characters were well developed and the issues of her life so complex. It was like peeling back layers and layers of missed opportunities for communicating. Fascinating approach.

Wonderful narrating! I could feel everything Sybil was feeling… love, regret, remorse, relationship all intertwined. A heartfelt story in the pages of her letters. Reminding us that no matter the form of communication, truth and forgiveness must be sought by the ones we love. Life is too short to live with pain, shame or regret…
I loved everything about this story- how it was told, the narration and how it helped to unfold the lives of all of the characters. I wish there were more stories like this. Reminded me of Griffin and Sabine.
