Absolutely loved this book! It’s probably the fastest I ever got through listening to a book. The letter writing, the characters, the story – all well done.

Great characters, enjoyed the format. Narrators were suited to characters. Sweet story that I would recommend.

I didn’t think I could get moved by a book of letters but it turns out… I CAN!! Such a great book. The actors voices made the book come alive. You could feel their emotions.

An interesting and very effective way to tell the story.. the correspondent is very human as seen through her letters.

I Loved it all. Highly recommend this book. Listed in 3 days – couldn’t quit it!

Ugh, I’m not sure what the fuss is about. While the concept of telling a story through correspondence is an interesting one, I found the main character Sybil incredibly narcissistic and not at all self aware. I literally couldn’t wait for the book to be over so I didn’t have to hear her letters anymore…

I loved each and every note written by these amazing characters. I loved the brevity of each letter… it allowed the depth to sink in and the emotions, images and threads of connection to weave one of the best books I’ve ever listened to. The narration was perfect.
