Such an incredible boring book could not even finish it. So incredibly disappointing a complete waste of my time and money.
This was my first time reading/listening to a story told through letters. I was pleasantly surprised to have enjoyed this format. The performances, by the main character and by everyone, were very enjoyable! It was interesting to hear the story unfold with each letter. My brother died in 1955, he was 5 yrs old, I..
So well written! It takes a bit to get into, but well worth the wait. Great narration from all readers! Must listen book!
I wish I could write from the heart like Sybil, the main character. This was a slow burn, and I enjoyed the characters. The main character’s initial loneliness and transformation through forgiveness and opening her heart to love again was deeply cathartic.

I didn’t know if I could do the letter writing genre. But I really loved this book. It’s honest and emotional. A study in grief. The ending was gorgeous.
I loved all the various narrators. I don’t usually. However, it helped to keep all of the characters and letters separate. The story that evolved through all of the letters and emails was creative, interesting, and fabulous. I think I’ll choose this for my next book club turn. I laughed and I cried. Wonderful.
