This may simply be, the most enjoyable and inspiring work of literature I’ve consumed in a decade. It was unexpected in every way, and I felt a unique kinship with the protagonist. The narration was a work of art and exquisitely done. It is now one of my top 3 favorite books.
This is a very well written story with depth and meaning and I loved how the story was told and how it all unfolded through the series of correspondence (letters and emails). The narration was excellent, as well.
Absolutely loved this story, it’s format, narrators and the raw emotion of the characters. Definitely worth your time, I read it twice, in a row, I wanted to catch anything I might have missed.
I loved all of it & have ordered stationary so I can start writing letters to people who I love & who impact my life
I was left wanting one more letter for sure. Perhaps her daughter will pick up the pen and continue to write.
I loved the story, the format of the chapters highlighting the letter writing and the actors’ readings, especially Sybil’s character.
There was so much relatable material. Her internal conflicts and hesitation at opening her heart, her outreach to others while having a deep desire to love, be loved and live!
