I was skeptical that a novel filled with correspondence would be appropriate but I was certainly wrong in this case. And the wide range of voices used in the telling bring the story to life.

Loved the book and the narration. My one comment is that having to listen to the addresses of all the correspondence interfered with the telling of the story. If you were reading the book you could skip all the address info except for the name of the persin.

Incredibly boring. For how many great reviews, maybe I had too high of expectations but there was nothing intriguing about this story. Suffered through until the end waiting for it to get better.

This book was incredible, deep themes, authentic and heartbreaking, definitely a must read. It has the power to change your life perspective.

It’s not an exciting book and there isn’t any suspense BUT it’s beautifully written. The characters and stories are revealed through letters to one another.

This book was wonderful and thought provoking to say the least. As a woman ‘of a certain age’ it surely changes the way I look back at my life.

The writer brings to life so many personal stories that intertwine through their letters. By the end you are so connected to each of them.
