The premise of the story is solid. Unfortunately the constant stereotyping of races in this series thus far has left a bad taste I’m not willing to forgive. Every. Single. Asian character talks in accented English. Furthermore the first group carries a single sword and wants to die “for honor”. The only Hispanics we find are all dead/naked, the singular Russian mentioned dies before we hear their voice & IIRC not one Black person at all. Now sure, there are plenty of aliens and monsters but if each new human character is going to be a stereotype I’m out.
