This book includes recipes, as might be expected, but it also gives icons to tell what the juices are good for, such as blood and bone health and cleanse-and-detox. If there are certain fruits or vegetables that you don’t like, like myself, who doesn’t like coconut, there are plenty of other fruits and vegetables to use.I received my juicer book the other day and was quite surprised at all the recipes in there to make juice from. I am overall quite pleased with the book and would recommend it highly………….
