This was my first book by Susanna Ives and I am delighted to have found such an exquisite writer. She has created such a fantastic regency world, complete with intrigue, passion, friendship, and love. Lord Dashiell and Vivian are a wonderfully sweet couple, and their love grows from childhood friendship to a beautiful romance. The mystery is quite solid and had me guessing right to the end. The narrator has a great talent for storytelling, and has amazing voices for all of the characters. Five stars all around!
