Great book, but the narrator is not enjoyable to listen to. He makes it tough to get through what is a very good book. I would advise reading the paper version instead.

Really good text, well illustrated with data. However the audio version doesn’t include any pdf. Instead the publisher’s note tells reader to .. buy the printed edition anyway.
