the narrator read too quickly and Jump to new paragraphs really quickly and to new ideas really quickly without any real break to let you know that we’ve started a new paragraph or chapter. The narrator is absolutely fabulous. I was completely drawn in to this story and fell in love with these characters. While I wasn’t terribly thrilled with the ending, I understood it. I must admit that I was a little hesitant to listen to this book. It didn’t seem to be my type of apocalyptic book. Thank god I gave it a chance because Ms. Knapp has a new fan. She gives a refreshing take on society when SHTF. I highly recommend giving this story a shot.
Book was alright. She took too long to get to sex scene. Needed more sexual tension. Nigel needed a love interest in book. A flirtation with Val or someone else
narrator should have been same as previous brokhausen books. the revolving cast of characters with nicknames but no real background makes the book lack continuity and a focal point
