Unfortunately, the narrator made everybody sound snarky. A more serious sounding narrator would’ve made the book seem more real. As it was, it seemed tongue and cheek. Still enjoyed it, but would not use this narrator again.

I really did love this audio. Clyde and Hay are a great couple, you wouldn’t think so because of their jobs and personalities that have been shown in other books/audios, but they work and in this audio you get to know them more, and realise they’re perfect for each other. Once again the narrator did..
I would just like to know how the zombie apocalypse starts. Other than that it was funny.
The author clearly knows nothing about BDSM and believes that getting someone addicted to a substance only a “dominant alpha” can provide is a substitute for informed consent.
The story itself is a solid read/listen. Narrators did an awesome job as well. The only reason I dinged is the unfortunately all to common theme among westerns/ranch life romance novels.
