Truly entertaining and performed wonderfully! The story is believable and technically intriguing. Characters are fun and make you believe in them. I cheered and yelled many times while listening. Would love to see a second book on the continuation of this story. It ended making me happy for the characters. Well done!

Good story with TONS of details about ships and operations and navy life and…. See what I mean? I like to learn new things from stories, but this was repetitive. Excellent narration with good alterations of voices for characters. Interesting story, but I almost stopped listening several times. It was just so incredibly long.
I had to fast forward thru some of the long contemplation scenes, but over all am glad to have heard this story

Honestly there was never a dull moment with this book. The characters shone in their own light and the story is terrifying in the most realistic way. I could see this happening to any small town in US. Amazing story, wonderfully told. narration is spot on!
This was a weird weird story with lots of loose bits that don’t come together until the end-which is a whopper! Note: if you are sensitive to graphic descriptions of deviant behavior, this is not the story for you.
