It was a reasonably good story, but the Scottish accent of one of the characters was horrendous, and made me shudder every time.

I very much enjoyed this book full of a bunch of twists the ending was especially interesting and I’m really looking forward to what is gonna happen next hope I don’t have to wait to long but regardless can’t wait for the next book.
I tried to give this a chance. I managed to listen for about 4 hours and decided to pull the rip cord with 9+ hours left. I don’t know which was worse, the performance or the writing. Unbelievably, poor dialog people just dont talk this way to each other. The writer has evidently not spent..
It’s really annoying to read a book where the “good” villain is so obviously evil. No one ever catches him except the protagonist. Like the antagonist is a Mary sue. And I don’t really care about his boring arc. I mean what arc? His character was briefly interesting when he was in doubt and not..
I like this series, but so many plot drivers are absurdly forced. This book even more so. Only giving 3 stars because I like the series as a whole.
Great book with an awesome ending. Cannot wait for the next entry. Though there will probably be another side quest book first, lol.
I recently saw “the consultant” series plus I’ve listened to other Little books so I thought I’d give this one a try. The story is kind of strange and I really lost interest mid-way. For those who found this a bit gross because of the sexual nature, I found it disturbing too, yet I remember..
