More gory than it needed to be. Gratuitous violence in great detail. Too much. Not in par to the other books, thank goodness.
Brutal. Gory.

The story was gripping, fascinating, can”t-put-it-down good.I found jarring some of the grammar issues and misused words or phrases. Example: the character is said (twice) to have made a “split decision” when he’d actually made a “split second decision.” I still recommend it for the plot, the characters and the suspense.
I really enjoyed the premise and the even the pace of the story did not bother me. However I could not get into it because of the way the narrator sounded. It was horrible! Will not read any books read by this guy. Just ruined the book for me. Sorry.
The start is a little slow, but in chapter 3 it becomes more engaging. Well worth the time! I can’t wait to listen to the next book in the series!
I listened for two hours before I could not take any more. Did not like the characters or the narration. Had such high hopes. The marketing for this is superb. I was fooled into wasting a credit on this.
Best military autobiography I have ever listened to. What an outstanding adventure start to finish!!!!
too much planning minutes long and constant. i got bored and zoned out. i like the other books mostly.
This book reviews several psychological and neurological disorders. The explanations were very clear and easy to understand.
The fight between Finn and Jason, or specifically, the perspective we get it from, is a masterpiece for me.
